TECHNA strengthens its management team with three strategic appointments

TECHNA announces major changes in its governance, marking a new stage in its development and commitment to operational excellence. Three appointments have been made to strengthen the management team.

Marc Diot, Group General Secretary

Marc Diot joins TECHNA as Group Corporate Secretary. He will oversee several of the Group's key functions: Legal, Accounting and Finance, Management Control, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Information Systems, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). With 30 years' experience in the poultry industry, Marc Diot has held strategic positions, notably with Doux, Terrena, LDC and Louis Dreyfus Commodities, in France and abroad. His dual expertise in animal production and business management will bring a cross-functional vision to the Group's ambitions in France and abroad.

Franck Letournel, Technical Product and QSE Manager, Techna France Nutrition

Franck Letournel joins Techna France Nutrition as Technical Director for Products and QSE. Previously Formulation Director at ADM France, he brings solid technical expertise and extensive regulatory and quality experience in product solutions for the animal nutrition industry. He will supervise the Product Formulation and QSE teams. He will also contribute his expertise in France and to all the Group's international subsidiaries, thus continuing the Group's commitment to product excellence and quality at the service of its customers.

Christophe Étoré, Industrial Director, Techna France Nutrition

Christophe Étoré is appointed Industrial Director at Techna France Nutrition. He will oversee logistics, manufacturing, maintenance and industrial projects at the additive premix manufacturing site in Malville (44), and will supervise the managers of the other sites of the Group's French and international subsidiaries. Christophe Étoré has 20 years' experience in the animal feed industry, acquired in particular at CECAB and EUREDEN.

These 3 new arrivals to the Group reinforce both central functions, such as technical expertise, industrial expertise and quality, and the support functions essential to overall performance. They illustrate TECHNA's ambition to consolidate its leadership and ensure sustainable growth in its markets.
