PATCH an additive solution which contributes to manage the gastric ulcer risk of horses.
This multi-factorial pathology is the consequence of a low acidification of the stomach. It is compounded by high concentrate quantities in the total mixed ration, by a low number of feed distribution per day, and by stress. Gastric ulcers lead to pain and decrease of performances.
PATCH is made of active principles having three main mode of actions:
- Protection of the mucosa and pain relief,
- Healing and renewal of tissues,
- Regulation of stomach acidity.
PATCH can be included in the diet of all types of horses, and particularly for competition and race horses.
